Are payments refundable?  

All payments are final and non-refundable whether it be an order, a deposit to secure an  appointment with Slayed By Dalvi, or a pre-requisite to register for a class.  

“Please note that for security and verification purposes, ID verification is required when placing an order with The Slay Collection. After completing your purchase, you will receive a request via email/text to submit your identification in order to proceed with processing your order.”

What is your return policy?  

All sells are final. We do not allow consumers to return or exchange hair nor products once your  order is successfully processed.

What is the cost of shipping?  

Standard shipping cost is $19.99. 

How can I track my package once it is mailed?

Once your package is mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS). You are able to contact USPS directly to track your package at 1-800-275-8777. 

When can I expect to receive my order?  

Our standard processing time is between 5-10 business days (excluding federal holidays). You  will receive an email confirmation with your order number and a tracking number once your  order has been shipped.  

Overnight orders are not available at this time.
